Shahlon Industrial Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. The company was incorporated on 03.03.2005 under the Companies Act, 1956 with ROC, Gujarat.
The company is formed for setting up of captive power plant for use of power by the members of the company. The company consists of three members viz.
1. Fairdeal Filaments Ltd.
2. Shahlon Industries Pvt. Ltd.
3 .Shahlon Silk Mills Pvt. Ltd.
The company has installed 1.4 MW natural gas based captive power plant of GE JENBACHER make in November, 2005 at a total cost of Rs. 3.14 crores. Power produced by the company is used by the above members in proportion to their equity holding (capital investment) in the company.
