We have established scalable production facilities and service support for manufacturing of various synthetic yarns and fabrics with the help of hi-tech and advance technology.

Fairdeal Filaments Ltd. established its presence in sizing textile business in 1990 with just 3 polyester yarn sizing machines in Surat (Gujarat) - India. We have established scalable production facilities and service support for manufacturing of various synthetic yarns and fabrics with the help of hi-tech and advance technology.

Shahlon Industrial Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.

The company was incorporated on 03.03.2005 under the Companies Act, 1956 with ROC, Gujarat.

The company is formed for setting up of captive power plant for use of power by the members of the company. The company consists of three members viz.

1. Fairdeal Filaments Ltd.
2. Shahlon Industries Pvt. Ltd.
3. Shahlon Silk Mills Pvt. Ltd.

The company has installed 1.4 MW natural gas based captive power plant of GE JENBACHER make in November, 2005 at a total cost of Rs. 3.14 crores. Power produced by the company is used by the above members in proportion to their equity holding (capital investment) in the company.
